This was the first show for BIGFOOT, running as the Firestone
Wilderness truck.
In the obstacle course, the finals came down to Firestone Wilderness,
with Eric Meager driving, vs the Equalizer, driven by David Morris. At
the first turn, Equalizer went up on two wheels and couldn't hold the truck
down and ended up tipping the truck over. That put the Equalizer truck
out for the rest of the evening. That also gave the Firestone Wilderness
truck, it's first ever win.
In the drag racing, the first round saw, Dan Patrick in the Samson
truck, vs Executioner, driven by Tim Hall. At the end of the track, Executioner
couldn't stop & had to turn the truck. But as he was going too
fast the truck rolled over. The truck wasn't badly damaged &
was able to come back to race against Samson again in round three, but
lost. The finals came down to Bulldozer vs Samson. Samson won by about
two hairs.
